DUCK WITH RASBERRY SAUCE

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

½ Cup Dry Red Wine

1 ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard

¼ Cup Soy Sauce

1 tsp Lime juice

¼ Cup Vegetable Oil

1 tsp Soy Sauce

¼ tsp Pepper

½ tsp Salt

4 Duck breast, skinned/deboned

½ tsp Pepper

1 Cup Black Raspberry Preserves

¼ TSP Caraway seeds, crushed

¼ Cup Water

½ tsp Steak Sauce

 

 

TO PREPARE:

 

Combine black raspberry preserves (seedless), water, mustard, lime juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and steak sauce in small sauce pan. Cook over low heat until hot. Place duck breast in shallow dish, pour marinade over meat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hrs, turning occasionally. Combine wine, soy sauce, oil & pepper & stir well. Pour over duck and place on broiler 5 inches from heat 15-20 min. Slice thin and serve.
